Mods have always been the ultimate consumers.
They have always bought the newest, the fastest, the dearest then moved on to the next big thing. Not surprisingly big and small business caught on to this and targeted Mods directly in their advertisements.
Sadly they all missed the point, Mod tastes are built around exclusivity not the mass market. As soon as the tickets bought it the faces would move on. What follows are adverts from the sixties and the revival years. 

You should bear 3 things in mind.
1) Most of these firms no longer exist.
2) The illustrations are drawings, not the genuine article.
3) That's not surprising as most of this stuff was rubbish.
